The POINT 94.1’s The Youth Rock Orchestra is a non-profit organization located in Little Rock, Arkansas involving over 100 volunteer students. Young musicians have a chance of a lifetime opportunity to combine their traditional music education with high-energy rock-n-roll. Joining forces with the Arkansas Symphony Youth Orchestra, the students have fun playing music while expressing their unique styles with individually selected rock star inspired stage attire. Students also have an opportunity to participate in a real rock concert with a professional artist.

Heather Isbell (Director), and Geoff Robson (Associate Directors) volunteer their time to making sure that their students have a creative, energetic experience.

We are very fortunate to have the premiere Classic Rock radio station
The POINT 94.1, located right here in Little Rock, Arkansas that fully supports this ROCK Orchestra. They see the importance of music education in or schools. We applaud them for all of their support, praise and vision.

Our ROCK Orchestra does not replace our Classical Orchestra, they work together to make the other better. Both worlds coexist beautifully.

We would like to recognize our incredible orchestra directors that work every day with our students during the school day in class. We are very fortunate to have strong orchestra programs incorporated in the everyday curriculum.
